Evocargo and Acron Launch Autonomous Logistics Operations at Production Facility in Veliky Novgorod
PJSC Acron, a leading producer of mineral fertilizers in Russia and globally, has launched a fleet of eight self-driving electric trucks at its production site in Veliky Novgorod.
The high-tech solution has automated transportation of equipment and materials across the facility, which occupies an area of 500 hectares. The logistics network at the site includes over 50 loading and unloading points. Use of autonomous transport provides uninterrupted logistics operations, improves delivery predictability, and reduces transportation costs by up to 35%.

Evocargo delivered its solution using the Robots-as-a-Service (RaaS) model, by which Evocargo provides not only autonomous vehicles but also a comprehensive autonomous logistics service, including software updates, maintenance, data collection, and analytics for continuous optimization of logistics processes.
We do not see autonomous logistics as a standalone transportation project, but as the next stage in digital transformation of the industrial environment. Autonomous transport is now an integral part of the digital ecosystem at the Novgorod site, enhancing operational resilience, safety, and control over internal transportation.
Denis Guzanov
CEO of Acron Digital
It is particularly important for large industrial enterprises, that new technologies can operate at scale and integrate seamlessly with existing processes. Working together with Acron, we have embedded autonomous transport into the company’s continuous production cycle, where every operation depends on the accuracy and predictability of deliveries.

Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer of Evocargo
