Gazpromneft Snabzhenie introduces hybrid electric vehicles for freight transportation
Gazpromneft Snabzhenie, an integrated operator of industrial procurement and logistics services, successfully completed testing of the Evocargo N1 autonomous electric vehicle for use in warehouse cargo transportation. Use of this advanced transport solution significantly reduces logistics costs and minimizes carbon dioxide emissions at company sites.
The Evocargo N1 battery provides sufficient power for a week of operation and can be charged from hydrogen fuel cells as well as from the power grid (hydrogen refueling takes just ten minutes).

The high-tech N1 design supports driverless loading and unloading operations and allows a single operator to manage up to 10 vehicles simultaneously, reducing operating costs by 37%.

It is being tested at Gazpromneft Snabzhenie’s warehouse complex in Moscow region.
Gazpromneft Snabzhenie has been using transport solutions powered by alternative fuels since 2021. Our facilities currently operate three Evocargo N1 electric vehicles with standard batteries, an unmanned GAZel Next electric vehicle, and forty-eight trucks powered by liquefied natural gas. We plan to more than double the number of alternative-fuel vehicles by the end of 2023.
Evgeny Bragar
Logistics Director at Gazpromneft Snabzhenie
In the year since we have been working with Gazpromneft Snabzhenie, we have implemented autonomous platforms at two of their sites, refining the economic model and enhancing business processes at those sites. We now plan to expand this service to other company locations.
Vasily Zhukov
Commercial Director of Evocargo
Our warehouse complexes in Moscow region handle large volumes of equipment, so their needs for storage and cargo movement are high. Use of the Evocargo N1 enhances safety and efficiency in warehouse operations. Warehouse employees will be able to control cargo transportation remotely and specialized, heavy-duty vehicles will be replaced by lighter, more maneuverable, partially or fully automated vehicles.
